PURPOSE:To simplify the execution of work, secure a high working efficiency and enhance the column placing accuraey. CONSTITUTION:The oversurface 6a is curved with the middle convex, and a surface unevenness 6b having a sawteeth-form section in the elevation is provided in this curved surface, and in the central part of this lower pedestal 6, a long hole 6c is formed for insertion of an anchor bolt. The anchor bolt 7 is studded in a concrete mass 1 as the surface where attachment is made, and with a nut 9 screwed on the bolt 7, the lower pedestal 6 is secured to the concrete mass 1. A boss 11c for fitting of a column base is provided on a seat plate 11b whose bottom surface 11a consists of a concave curved surface to be engaged by the oversurface 6a of the lower pedestal 6, while a surface unevenness 11d to be engaged by the abovementioned unevenness 6b is provided at the bottom surface 11a, and further in the central part, a hole 11e for insertion of anchor bolt is furnished to accomplish an upper pedestal 11. This upper pedestal 11 is put over the lower 6 followed by fixation with a nut 13 screwed fast on the upper part of the anchor bolt 7.
