CONSTITUTION:A plastic root-cutting sheet 4, a draining layer 3, a protection layer 2 and a planted lawn layer 1 are placed on a slab, the outer circumference of the laminate is surrounded with an outer frame and longitudinal and lateral divisions are formed in the outer frame. An irrigation pipe 14 is extended in the outer frame and one or plural porous tubes 15 are parallelly branched from the irrigation pipe.
