Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noxious gas even at high temperature by forming projections for prohibiting movement of the permanent-magnet attaching surface of a yoke, and attaching the permanent magnet by magnetic attracting force. CONSTITUTION:A lower yoke 32 is provided at the lower part of a side yoke 31 of a voice coil motor 30. An upper yoke 33 is provided at the upper part. Lower magnets 35 and 36 having the different polarities are juxtaposed on the surface of the lower yoke 32 facing a center yoke 34. Upper magnets 37 and 38 are juxtaposed on the facing surface of the upper yoke 33. Side magnets 39 and 40 having the different polarities are juxtaposed on the surface of the side yoke 31 facing the center yoke 34. A magnetic circuit is formed on the yokes 31, 32, 33 and 34 and the magnets 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40. Each magnet is attached to each yoke with its own magnetic attracting force. A plurality of projections, which prohibit the movement of the magnet, are provided on the surface of each yoke facing the center yoke 34. Therefore, even if a coil is heated, noxious gas is not generated.
