CONSTITUTION:A system restorative operation procedure making system, which makes and outputs the operation procedure of equipment such as a breaker, a disconnector, etc., so as to restore the power system after a fault, is equipped with a model base 15, where the power system model after the fault is made, a rule base 14, which consists of the restoration knowledge taking the possible operation of individual operation into consideration, and an interference mechanism 16, which performs the inference, using the restoration knowledge, for the power system model and outputs the operation procedure after the operation procedure of the equipment being the result of inference is confirmed to be the operation procedure possible in the power system model.
