Summary:PURPOSE:To generate movement energy required for releasing a cable without trouble in development as well as without increase in tension over a required predetermined tension for maintaining a development structure mounted on an artificial satellite. CONSTITUTION:A spring mechanism 2 is inserted in a cable 1. The spring constant K of a spring 21 and its maximum displacement X are set to be T>KX, with respect to a predetermined tension T. To compensate the elongation in the whole length due to contraction of the spring 21 a screw mechanism composed of a shaft 23 an eye end member 24 is provided.
