PURPOSE:To fix automatically a rubber tape on the surface of a body to be processed, and remove automatically a release paper of the tape. CONSTITUTION:A release paper 21 is removed while an adhesive tape 5 composed of a rubber tape 20 and the release paper 21 are stuck on the surface of a body 2 to be processed. The device 1 consists of a clipping section 4 for setting the position of the body 2 to be processed placed on a base 3, a tape feeding roll 6 for the wound-up adhesive tape 5, a tape pressure roller 7 for pressing to the body 2 to be processed only the rubber tape 20 out of the adhesive tapes 5 to be fed, a roll traveling section for moving horizontally the tape feeding roll 6 and the tape pressure roll 7 on the base 3 simultaneously, a clamping section 10 for gripping the release paper 21 of the tape and a discharge section 11 for sucking and removing the release paper 21.
