Summary:PURPOSE:To numerically calculate the mounting position of a core by constituting a jig, used when a robot is taught the mounting position of the core, of a movable jig provided with the position detector corresponding to the degree of freedom of the robot and a fixed jig equipped with the dog plate of the position detector, a grasping part and a separable insertion part. CONSTITUTION:A movable jig 6 is constituted by providing position detectors G1-G6 to a detection panel 10 in the number corresponding to the degree of freedom of a robot and detects the direction of the robot and the displacement of the posture of a core. A fixing part 9 is inserted in the core hole 8 of the matrix 1a attached to a movable platen. A fixed jig 7 has a insertion part 15 having the same shape as an actual object and a grasping part 16 fixed thereto and a dog plate 17 is fixed to the grasping part 16 and the insertion part 15 is inserted in the core hole of a fixed matrix. The respective shafts of the robot are driven so that the value obtained when the insertion part 15 is detached and the grasping part 16 is grasped by the robot to be allowed to approach the core hole and subsequently brought into contact with the detection panel coincides with the values of the detectors G1-G6 obtained when the detection panel 10 is brought into contact with the dog plate 17.
