Summary:PURPOSE:To minimize the total power consumption in preventing the cloudiness of window glass by using a transparent conductive thin films while executing the air-conditioning in a cabin. CONSTITUTION:A ROM built in a control device 50 stores the power consumption of a HWS 31 for the outdoor air introducing volume for each vehicle speed. The control device 50 controls an indoor/outdoor air switching damper 7 according to the vehicle speed to be detected by a vehicle speed sensor 49 so that the total of the power consumption of a refrigerant compressor and the power consumption of the HWS 31 may be minimized, and at the same time, the power supply to the HWS 31 is controlled.
