Summary:PURPOSE:To enable the simultaneous display of the graph which is zoomed up on an actual screen and a scale by using the data of a zoom-up range and repreparing the graph. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with an annual budget practice summed-up data 1 to be the base for preparing an annual budget practice summed-up graph, a processing part 2, a storage part 3 having a table which has the same contents as the data 1 and is referred to at the time of a zoom-up processing, an image display part displaying a graph and an input part 5 designating the zoom-up range. The annual budget practice graph is prepared by the data 1, a graph display is performed for it on the image display part 4 and the data 1 is stored in the storage part 3. When the zoom-up range by the minimum value of an X-axis is designated by the input part 5, a zoom-up graph is prepared by reading the data within the zoom-up range from the storage part 3, by determining the minimum values of X, Y axes and scale width by the data and by imparting each processing result and the data to the image display part 4 again.
