Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a solid-state laser feedback controller which allows stable laser beams even when a flash lamp is deteriorated. CONSTITUTION:The emission from an exciting flash lamp 1 is detected by a photodiode 6, a voltage to be applied to the exciting flash lamp 1 is controlled by a feed back control circuit 7 in response to the detected output and the output of the laser beams oscillated between a laser rod 2, a 100% reflecting mirror 4 and a partially reflecting mirror 5 is stabilized.
