Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent particles from being crushed or consolidated and further prevent the size of a device from becoming larger. CONSTITUTION:In a device, wherein particles stored in a hopper 10 are fed into a container 20, installed below the hopper 10, a lifting mechanism 40 which lifts or lowers the container 20 or hopper 10 as the particles are fed is provided, and at a delivery port 11 of the hopper 10, there is provided a cylindrical chute 30 which can go into the container 20 and a sliding plate 31 having a helical shape is provided in the chute 30 to allow the particles to flow.
