CONSTITUTION:In a thermal recording material wherein a recording layer containing a leuco dye and a coupler is provided on a support composed of paper or a synthetic resin film, secondary flocculated granular pigment of which the cumulated content of particles having a particle size of 15mum or more is 15% or less in measurement due to a laser diffraction method is added to the recording layer and/or the intermediate layer provided between the support and the recording layer.
