CONSTITUTION:The respective variable restrictions of a first control part 17 consisting of a first bridge circuit C1 are constituted of center open valves, and among the respective variable restrictions of a second control part 18 consisting of a second bridge circuit C2, the variable restrictions on the pump 10 side are constituted of center close valves and the variable restrictions on the reservoir 11 side are constituted of center open valves.
