Summary:PURPOSE:To secure the fittest water-temperature environmental circumstances for organisms living in a water tank. CONSTITUTION:In this multi-tank system equipped with a heat pump 1, a central control device 4 and plural water tanks 5, 6 and 7, water temperatures in the water tanks 5, 6 and 7 are detected by sensors attached to the tanks. The central control device 4 and the heat pump 1 are worked in the order of the water tank having a larger difference between the detected value (actual temperature) and a set value of the water tank. When the detected value (actual temperature) is approximately equal to the set value of the water tanks 5, 6 and 7, water or warm water in the water tanks 5, 6 and 7 is recycled between the water tank and the central control device 4, and the water tank is controlled with a water-temperature environment fittest to organisms living in the water tanks 5, 6 and 7.
