PURPOSE:To allow the maintenance personnel, even a beginner, to take sure countermeasure by analyzing a fault by a diagnostic analysis section based on diagnostic result information of a fault of a diagnosis control section, informing it to the maintenance personnel via a display device through a control console to allow the maintenance personnel to make repair. CONSTITUTION:For example, when a fault takes place in an equipment in a channel system 9, a maintenance operation system 30 informs fault information to a control system 40a. The control system 40a receives fault information by an equipment management section 21a of a main control processing unit 41a to inform an operation command and fault information to a diagnostic control section 22a. The control section 22a diagnoses a faulty equipment with a diagnostic program stored in a storage section 23 by referencing the fault information. A diagnostic execution section 25 decides whether restarting is made or the fault is repaired based on the result of diagnosis of the control section 22a and operates a diagnostic analysis section 26 when the fault is repaired. The analysis section 26 uses a database 24 to analyze the fault based on the result information of the control section 22a and informs the result to a control console 31. The control console 61 informs the result to the maintenance personnel through a display device 31a and the maintenance personnel refers to the display to repair the fault.
