Summary:PURPOSE:To immediately receive first-aid treatment by detecting an impact force when collision occurs by a collision detecting means, and contacting an emergency section by operating a position detecting means simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The microphone 6 of a voice gate circuit 40 is connected to an impact sensor 52 of rollermite type via an interface circuit 50 and a modem 51. The impact sensor 52 is linked to interlocking switches SW1, SW2, and it makes them automatically turn on when the collision of an automobile occurs. The interlocking switch SW1 is connected to a control circuit 10 which controls a dial signal via an emergency number generation circuit 53, and when an emergency signal is inputted from the emergency number generation circuit 53, the control circuit 10 informs an emergency signal to the emergency section such as a police station, etc., based on a program set on a ROM 17 in advance.
