Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain an infrared image processing device which can always display an appropriate infrared picture which is free from image shifting by correcting the infrared picture of a target based on the rotating angle of an infrared solid-state image sensing element (IRCCD). CONSTITUTION:The processor is provided with a rate integration circuit A 10 which calculates the rotating angle of an infrared solid-state image sensing element 2 (IRCCD) from the output of a rate detector 1, timing circuit A 11 which outputs the correcting timing of an infrared image and the integrating and outputting timing of the infrared picture, and picture correction circuit A 12 which corrects the infrared picture in accordance with the output of the timing circuit A11, video signals, and the output of the rate integration circuit A10.
