Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction by the error in setting of a switch during mounting of subrack by so constituting the circuit as not to put a switch for manually setting the on-off of an output signal within a signal output package. CONSTITUTION:Signal output packages 2 and 3, which control the turning-on and turning-off of output drivers 2b and 3b, receiving an output selecting signal 1a and mounting position judging signals 2f and 3f, are mounted on a subrack 4, which gives the signal output packages 2 and 3 the mounting position judging signals 2f and 3f corresponding to the mounting positions, and output signals 2g and 3g are changed over by exclusively turning on or turning off the output driver control signals 2d and 3d of two sheets of signal output packages 2 and 3 with EX-OR circuits 2c and 3c.
