Summary:PURPOSE:To improve a forgery prevention effect by disabling from recognition by visible light and to prevent the appearance of goods from being impaired by recording the interference fringe of pitch to diffract an infrared or ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION:For example, a wavelength selective hologram 2 is mounted on a card 1. The wavelength selective hologram 2 diffracts an infrared or ultraviolet ray, and when the hologram is irradiated, for example, with an infrared ray from, it diffracts the infrared ray and it is detected by an infrared detector 4. Since it does not diffract light in the visible region, it is impossible to visualize it by naked eyes. A hologram which diffracts the infrared ray can be obtained by increasing interference fringe pitch, while a hologram which diffracts the ultraviolet ray can be obtained by decreasing the interference fringe pitch. Therefore, since such hologram is invisible by the visible light, and it can be confirmed by a sensor, not by the eyes, only when it is irradiated with light of wavelength in the infrared or ultraviolet region, even the position where the hologram is located cannot be confirmed visually, which improves the forgery prevention effect.
