CONSTITUTION:An engine casing 6 is formed into a cylindrical shape by allowing an exhaust pipe unit 35 to penetrate in the perpendicular direction in a residential quarter in a marine vessel. A large number of steel frames 21 which are spacedly fitted and attached to the inside wall face 7 of the engine casing are formed outside of a hull. A main exhaust pie 8, general various pipes 10, etc., for inserting in the engine casing are laid across and fitted to these steel frames 21 so as to be integrally formed into the exhaust pipe unit 35. The exhaust pipe unit 35 is inserted in the engine casing so that respective steel frames 21 are stuck to the inside wall face 7 of the engine casing by welding.
