Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the feeling at the time of usage by providing a foaming means on a hand-push type pump which is provided at the top of the container for the title feeder which is used at a washbasin cabinet, etc. CONSTITUTION:For a hand-push type pump 12 which is provided at the top of a container 10, a cylinder 16 which is screwed with a pump attaching port 14 of the container 10 is provided, and a tube 18 which reaches the bottom of the container 10 is connected to the lower end of the cylinder 16, and an air suction port 20 which goes through the tube wall is opened at an upper part of the tube 18. Also, an opening for air introduction 22 is provided on the container 10. Then, when a nozzle 36 is pressed, and after a piston 24 is depressed, hand is removed from the nozzle 36, the piston 24 ascends by a spring 28. By this motion, a negative pressure is given in the cylinder 16 which is lower than the piston 24, and a ball 54 separates from a valve seat 52, and a liquid soap is sucked in the cylinder 16. At this time, the air in the container 10 which is introduced from the opening 22 is sucked into the cylinder 16 together with the liquid soap from the air suction port 20, and generates foam. By repeating this motion, the liquid soap and air are mixed and generate foam, and are discharged from a discharge port 38 in a foam state.
