PURPOSE:To improve construction performances of a core section, avoiding a dense arrangement of reinforcing bar at the corner or the end of an opening of wall body in the core section by utilizing a structure wherein a core section of a multilayer RC core wall structure bears a horizontal force and an outside section bears an axial force. CONSTITUTION:A steel framed column 6 is installed at least at the corner 4 and at the end 5 of an opening in a wall body 3 of a core section 1 comprising reinforced concrete. A steel framed beam (big beam) of an outside section 2 is connected to the steel framed column 6 of the core section 1 and the steel framed columns 6 at the ends 5 of an opening of the section 1 are connected to each other by a boundary beam 8 extending through the opening.
