Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the hardness of a heater unit and a feeling to sit on a seat which will degradate due to the deviation of the heater unit from a seat cover and seat pad, in the seat having the heater by embedding the heater unit therein. CONSTITUTION:A seat having a heater is provided with a seat pad 11, a seat cover 12 for covering the seat pad 11 and a heater unit 20 interposed between the seat cover 12 and the seat pad 11. The heater unit 20 is provided with a heat-generating body 21 and a pair of pad materials 22, 23 stuck to the heat- generating body 21 to cover both upper and lower surfaces thereof, and the pad materials 22, 23, the seat pad 11 and seat cover 12 are respectively stuck to each other.
