PURPOSE:To obtain a herbicide formulation capable of readily confirming application conditions by sight, by blending a liquid containing a herbicide with a surfactant at a specific amount and capable of readily, simply and properly applying and, simultaneously, applicable as a foam, which is effective and high in safety. CONSTITUTION:A surfactant (a) or the surfactant (a) and one or more kinds of low boiling point solvents (b) are added preferably at ratios of the component (a) of 0.1-20wt.% and the component (b) of 1.0-20wt.% based on total composition to a liquid containing one or more kinds of herbicide from water soluble herbicide such as bialahphos, oil soluble herbicide such as napropamide and slightly soluble herbicide such as simazine, preferably at a ratio of 0.05-20wt.% based on total composition and, as necessary, further containing one or more kinds of stabilizer, spreader, sizing agent, dye, insecticide, germicide, perfume, fertilizer to provide the objective herbicide formulation applicable as a foam by utilizing a pressurizing device such as aerosol, trigger type, jetter, hand pump, electric pump, an excel-system or an environ-system.
