Summary:PURPOSE:To substantially improve controllability with no sorting work required for recording paper by providing a control means for controlling a route changing means so as to convey the recording paper to a paper tray corresponding to a selected printing control language interpreter. CONSTITUTION:When a laser printer 1 is controlled by a printing control means so as to print a printing data, supplied from the outside, through a selected printing control language interpreter, a control means controls a switching blade 48, provided in a branch part of a plurality of the second conveying paths 45, 46, so as to convey recording paper 33 to a paper tray corresponding to the selected printing control language interpreter based on a corresponding relation between the preset printing control language interpreter and paper trays 34, 36. As a result, the recording paper 33 of printing a character, symbol and/or drawing or the like by the laser printer 1 is discharged to the corresponding paper tray via the first conveying route 44 and the second conveying route 45 or 46 alternatively connected to this first conveying route.
