CONSTITUTION:A cartridge 8 is made closable, and a cartridge cover 9 capable of covering the cartridge 8 and which can be rotated and fixed to the cylindrical cartridge receiving part end of a body 3 and freely attached and detached is provided. As a result, the exchange with the external air is reduced, the processing material such as activated carbon in the cartridge 8 is not significantly deteriorated, and the performance is maintained for a long period. Furthermore, since the cartridge 8 is pushed into the body 3 and fixed, the cartridge is easily, surely and sanitarily handled.
