Summary:PURPOSE:To generate a translated sentence having high quality by providing a phrase information display part, a phrase designation reception part, an original analysis part and a translated sentence generation part. CONSTITUTION:The origin analysis part 1-1 analyzes the grammatical structure and meaning relation of an original 1-01 and transfers a result to the translated sentence generation part 1-2 and the phase information display part 1-3. When the designation of a phrase by a user is present thereon, an operation is executed in accordance with the instruction. The translated sentence generation part 1-2 outputs the translated sentence 1-25 following the grammar of an output-side language from the analysis result 1-12 obtained from the analysis part 1-1. The phrase information display part 1-3 receives an original analysis result 1-13 from the original analysis part 1-1 and displays the information to the user as the display 1-36 of phrase information. The phrase designation reception part 1-4 receives phrase designation 1-74 by the user and transfers the information to the original analysis part 1-1 as the instruction 1-41 as to original analysis. Thus, the user can easily detect the error of analysis and the translated sentence having high quality can be obtained.
