Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the distance between indication parts of an instrument as workability at the time of assembly and serviceability at the time of supply is maintained excellently on the illumination structure of the instrument allowing light from a light source to be guided to two light guide plates illuminating the two neighboring indication parts respectively. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source is guided to a light guide means made of a transparent medium material in the illumination structure for illuminating the instrument. Said light guide means consists of a first light guide plate 101 and a second light guide plate 102 for illuminating a first indication part 501 and a second indication part 502 respectively. The first light guide plate 101 is composed of a light incident part 111 for introducing light from a light source 6 and an irradiation part 131 for irradiating light from light source, and in the second light guide plate 102 a light receiving part 132 for receiving light irradiated from the irradiation part 131 of the first light guide plate 101 is formed.
