Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain quick and accurate results without requiring complicated calculations and skill by enabling a small amount of leakage from the valve portion of an injection nozzle to be tested to be easily detected. CONSTITUTION:A work 23 mounted on a work-mounting driving unit 24 is connected to connecting fittings 20 and a test liquid of fixed pressure is fed from an inflow port 23a. The work 23 and a slide valve 16 are opened and a needle valve is slightly opened and when the liquid level of a pipet 6 reaches A the work 23 and the slide valve 16 are closed. The needle valve 7 is opened by a predetermined amount and thereby the liquid level is lowered by L and this point of time is set as an initial point to read the amount H of leakage as time elapses.
