Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the subject pharmaceutical, comprising a film-forming ingredient composed of a hydrogenated natural phospholipid, etc., having a prescribed value or below of average particle size, containing a carcinostatic agent and having high accumulating and directional properties for tumorous tissues. CONSTITUTION:A carcinostatic agent-containing liposome pharmaceutical comprising a film-forming ingredient composed of (A) a hydrogenated natural phospholipid such as hydrogenated egg yolk lecithin, (B) cholesterol and (C) a carcinostatic agent such as fluorodeoxyuridine, composed of a negative charge lipid such as dicetyl phosphate having <=100nm, preferably 30-100nm average particle diameter. Furthermore, the blending ratio of the ingredients (A) to (C) is preferably 5/(3-5)/(0.1-z) in ingredients (A)/(B)/(C) expressed in terms of molar fraction, respectively.
