Summary:PURPOSE:To perform free control so that rigidity and a deformation amount of a truss beam itself are optimized even in the middle of construction by a method wherein the stretch force of a PC steel being a diagonal member is regulated when occasion demands. CONSTITUTION:A PC steel is used as a diagonal member 4 used as a beam for a structure. The PC steel is located in a stretched state between upper and lower chord members 1 and 2, and a stretch exerted on the PC steel is regulatable.
