PURPOSE:To shorten the turnaround time of the circulation of air, and to quicken the responsiveness of temperature control by installing a cross current type fan on its midway of an air flow path between a blast port and a fan suction port and accelerating a circulating air flow on its midway of the air flow path. CONSTITUTION:A cross current type fan 8 is mounted on its midway of a flow path up to an inflow into a fan suction port 4a shown in the arrow (d) of air forwarded as shown in the arrow (a) from a blast port 5, and air is sucked as shown in the arrow (b), and accelerated and delivered as shown in the arrow (c). Blast in the direction of the arrow (c) is distributed uniformly in the direction rectangular to the paper surface by the characteristics of said fan 8, thus equalizing the effect of temperature control of an IC. Positions where flow rates are partially large are not generated, thus resulting in no possibility in which the IC is blown away or the state of carrying thereof is disturbed.
