Summary: | PURPOSE:To suppress the oscillation of a mechanism system to occur by an arithmetic period. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic unit 2 outputs a digital command signal 100 for each arithmetic period Tp (sec). The digital command signal 100, after it is converted to an analog command signal 102 by a D/A converter 4, is inputted to a T notch filter 6. A notch frequency f (Hz) of the T notch filter 6 is set to 1/Tp. Then, out of the analog command signal 102, a speed command 104 to remove the component of a frequency (f) which is the oscillation generating source is outputted from the T notch filter 6. The speed command 104 is given through a driver 8 to a motor 10 and a mechanism part 16 is driven. |
