Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a label-peeling off tool and its method which keeps constant the sucking position of labels, increases the sticking accuracy and further winds up the labels on a reel without peeling off them from the beltlike base board. CONSTITUTION:A label sticker is composed of a feed reel 2 to stock a coil of base board belt 6 having many sticked labels thereon, a printer 3 for the labels a label stock 4 to store printed labels, a reciprocally movable peeling off plate having a sharp front edge, a winding up reel 7 for the base board, and a sticking pusher 13 having a suction face at the lower face, equipped to be vertically movable at the nearby position of the peeling off plate. And further one label is moved backward after it is first moved forward in the condition that it is positioned at the front upper face of the peeling off plate by use of the label sticker equipped with a lift jack 16 raising or lowering the whole apparatus to wing up the base board 6 with a faster speed than the retreating speed of the peeling off plate when moving back.
