CONSTITUTION:A written estimate data read part 22 reads written estimate data on an original design out of an original design data file 1 and also reads last estimated amount contrast statement data out of an editing data storage part 24 and a written estimate editing part 23 generates estimated amount contrast statement data according to the format of an estimated amount contrast statement set by a format setting part 23a or the format of an estimated amount contrast statement having the estimated amount of money after the alteration of a last estimated amount contrast statement posted in a current estimated amount field by using the estimated amount after the alteration calculated by an after-alteration amount calculation part 23b and the increased or decreased amount of the estimated amount after alteration for the alteration calculated by an increased or decreased amount calculation part 23c associatively with alteration data input from an input part 21, thereby outputting the data on a printer 3.
