Summary:PURPOSE:To facilitate working with a desired position and angle for a workpiece with a complicated shape by structuring a frame, to which the workpiece is mounted, in a manner rotatable on a horizontal axis as well as on a vertical axis. CONSTITUTION:The mounting frame 9, which is formed in a square basket shape by combining a plural number of bars, is provided with a plural number of bolt 27a and presser 27b, and the workpiece is fixed freely. This frame 9 may be driven by a driving device 10 with a revolving shaft 7, which is projected in the center of the body part 5 of a base frame 3, as the shaft center In addition, this base frame 3 may be fixed for oscillation with concentric shafts 2, 2 on left and right side as a shaft center. Through these two kinds of rotation, the surface to be worked of the workpiece may be freely moved and set at a position easy to work.
