Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a simple means which makes oxygen removing effect extremely high even with the use of a smaller amount of oxygen absorbing agent, protects clothing from a harmful insect or oxidization and is particularly suitable for a prolonged preservation of high quality clothing such as furs and Japanese clothes. CONSTITUTION:A bag 2 containing a clothing 1 is rolled up on a roller 5 from its bottom part 6 to the opening part 3, while air in the bag 2 is being expelled from the opening part 3, and sealed by a sealing means 7 provided around the peripheral edge of the opening part 3, whereby the clothing 1 is sealingly received and preserved in the bag 2 provided therein with oxygen absorbing agents 4.
