CONSTITUTION:A quantity of metal salt to be supplied is specified by the sum of a standard supplying quantity of metal salt calculated based on a plating current value and a dragout of the plating solution and a calibrated supplying amount of metal salt calculated based on the metal conc. in the plating solution and pH of the plating solution, and the conc. of metal ion in the plating solution is controlled by replenishing the amount of metal sale specified in this way into the plating solution.
