PURPOSE:To improve the living condition and the soundproof performance by laying the members made of the specific organic fibers and metal fibers on a floor base and executing floor finishing through a floor joist assemblage, forming a space for piping, wiring, etc. CONSTITUTION:Joists 2 are arranged in a prescribed intervals on a concrete floor slab 6 surface, and a color floor is fixed as surface finishing member 8 on the joist 2 through nail striking. In this case, on the whole surface between the slab 6 surface and the joist 2, the organic fiber such as cotton, wool, pulp, rayon, nylon, polyester, polypropylene, and vinylon is laid. Further, the metal fiber such as aluminium and stainless steel is used, and the material 1 in single or combined form of the screen shaped fiber, woven fabric and nonwoven fabric is used. Accordingly, the material which converts the impact energy to the heat energy by the friction between fibers and can soften the impact is selected, and the floor impact noise can be reduced.
