PURPOSE:To provide a uniform cooling effect without generation of uneveness in cooling temperature as well as an excellent cooling function even if the number of pipes is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A cooling piping unit 10 is composed of combination of a pair of coolant or refrigerant feeding pipings 12 with a coolant returning piping 14 set at the center therebetween. An ice skate link using the units 10 is constituted such that the units 10 are laid at a fixed interval, a pair of coolant feeding pipings 12 are formed with a same diameter, and the piping 14 at the center is made larger relatively in its dia. than the pipings 12 and, in particular, the cross section of each of the paired pipings 12 is made smaller than that of the coolant returning piping while the outer surface of each piping 12 is made larger than that of the piping 14, whereby cooling performance is increased.
