Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide a rotor for an electric rotating machine, wherein the turn insulating material never exfoliates, breaks, or slips out of place to cause interlayer short circuit even if the adhesive strength drops by the thermal expansion and shrinkage of winding by start, stop, or load fluctuation. CONSTITUTION:In the rotor of an electric rotating machine, where a coil 2 is accommodated in the iron core's slot 1 through a slot insulator 4, a turn insulating material 3 consisting of synthetic resin containing glass fiber base material is inserted between the turns of the coil 2, and an L-shaped tetrafluoroethylene sheet 7 small in dynamic frictional coefficient is arranged between the turn insulating material 3 and the coil 3. |
