Summary: | PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of an absorbent by applying a mold release agent being blended with an ultraviolet absorbent on the desired inner part of a recessed mold and pouring synthetic resin fluidity in the cavity of the recessed mold to allow the ultraviolet absorbent only in the vicinity of the surface of a synthetic resin layer. CONSTITUTION:On a part to be the peripheral surface of a cavity 14 adapted to form the decorative peripheral material of a recessed mold 11, a mold release agent 13 being mixed with an ultraviolet absorbent 4 is applied. A closed mold 2 being tacked with a substrate 12 is spread over the recessed mold 11 in a manner forming a cavity 14 on the peripheral part. Then, synthetic resin fluidity is permitted to flow softly into the cavity 14. As a result, the ultraviolet absorbent 4 is kept in a state stuck to the mold release agent 13 and therefore not mixed in the synthetic resin fluidity 16, with the result that a stuck state can be maintained only in the surface of the fluidity 16. Accordingly, even in the case that an ultraviolet absorbent is used as the same quantity as the prior method, a preventive effect of discoloration can be enhanced more than usual. |
