Summary: | PURPOSE:To prevent a through-current of an output stage of the output circuit by preventing that transistors(TRs) being components of an output stage of the output circuit are simultaneously turned on. CONSTITUTION:A transistor(TR) Q1 whose base electrode is open is added newly to an output circuit 100a. When a current fed from the circuit 100a to an inductor load L is inverted, parasitic TRs QK1, QK2 are conductive, then a base current of the TR Q1 is drawn and the TR Q1 is turned on. A current is supplies from a collector electrode of the TR Q1 is supplied to a base electrode of the TR Q2. Then a base current of the TR Q2 is not drawn and the TRs Q2, Q3 are turned off. Since the TRQ3 is turned off when the TR Q4 is turned on, a through-current between the TRs Q3, Q4 is prevented. |
