Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated type coil structure where a coil conductor connecting means and a magnetic core can be separated from each other by a distance enough for insulation. CONSTITUTION:Base sheets and coil conductors are alternately laminated to form a laminated body 10, and the coil conductors are connected to each other through the intermediary of lead-out pieces 6 which protrude from the surface of the laminated body 10 to form a coil. The middle lag 42 of a magnetic core 40 is inserted into the hole 10a of the laminated body 10. Furthermore, magnetic cores 40 and 50 are separated from the lead-out pieces 6 by the base 21 of a resin terminal pad 20 and the separating plates 34a and 34b of resin covers 30a and 30b to elongate an insulation distance between the magnetic cores 40 and 50 and the lead-out pieces 6.
