CONSTITUTION:A lightweight structural material is obtained by bonding a sheet material A consisting of a fiber material and a thermosetting resin and having continuous truss-shape unevenness to an almost flat sheet material B consisting of a fiber material or a fiber material and a thermosetting resin at the protruding parts of the sheet material A. A lightweight structural material is obtained by bonding a sheet material A consisting of a fiber material and a thermosetting resin and having continuous truss-shape unevenness to a sheet material C consisting of a fiber material or a fiber material and a thermosetting resin and having continuous trussshape unevenness shallower than that of the sheet material A at the protruding parts of the sheet material A and molded into a desired shape to obtain molded object.
