Summary:PURPOSE:To perform system closure in a short time to reduce battery power quantity used to be held by a system when power abnormality occurs such as power failure, etc. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit 1 is connected to a main memory device 2 with a system bus 10. A private pass capable of performing read/write of data from the main memory device 2 other than the system bus 10 is provided. Data quantity in the main memory device 2 to be saved when the system closure is performed when the abnormality occurs in the power source can be reduced by saving the updated area of the main memory device 2 to a dedicated disk at constant criterion while the system is being operated. Therefore, it is possible to improve probability to complete the system closure with limited quantity of battery.
