CONSTITUTION:The objective magnesia spraying material for tundish coating contains <=1.5wt.% of CaO and is produced by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a natural magnesite clinker containing <=1.5wt.% of CaO and >=90wt.% of MgO with 2-5 pts.wt. (outer ratio) of a binder and 0.5-3 pts.wt. of an additive.
