PURPOSE:To improve the workability and secure the safety of a device itself by providing a safe circuit having two multipliers multiplying the memorized value of a load weight by a constant and a threshold value memory part of plus and minus memorizing the multiplication result and having a judging part detecting the urgent change of a load weight by comparing a detected weight with respective threshold value. CONSTITUTION:A load balancing device provides a mechanism elevating a load, a motor for driving an elevating mechanism, a means detecting the elevating speed of the elevating mechanism, a means commanding the speed of the elevating mechanism and a means detecting the weight of a load suspended by the elevating mechanism. A weight value is memorized and the deviation between the memorized value and a detected load is made to a drive signal. Two multipliers 25, 26 multiplying the memorized value of a memory part 22 by fixed numbers K1.K2 and a plus threshold value memory part 27 and a minus threshold value memory part 28 memorizing the multiply result are provided. A safe circuit having a judging part 19 detecting the urgent change of the load weight is provided on the comparaters 29, 30 by which respective threshold values are compared with the detection load.
