PURPOSE:To positively distribute an inputted rotating driving force in a driving force distributing device for vehicle suitably used in automobiles. CONSTITUTION:In a driving force distribution device for distributing the rotating driving force from an engine to two driving wheel systems, an input part 1 and a differential mechanism 20 to which the rotating driving force in the input part 1 is inputted through a clutch mechanism 13 are provided. The rotating shaft parts 2, 3 of two driving wheel systems have epicyclic gear mechanism 16, 17, respectively, and the ring gear 10 of each epicyclic gear mechanism 16, 17 is provided in such a manner as to be integrally rotatable with the input part 10 of the differential mechanism 20. The carriers 11, 12 of planetary gears 7, 8 are provided in such a manner as to be integrally rotatable with the output parts 2, 3 of the differential mechanism 20, and between each carrier 11, 12 and the input part 1, clutch mechanism 14, 15 capable of integrally rotating them are interposed, respectively.
