PURPOSE:To provide the auxiliary system for disaster diagnosis using a capillary electrophoretic device. CONSTITUTION:This auxilary system for disaster diagnosis includes a capillary electrophoretic device 1 consisting of a vessel 10 in which a sample is put, a capillary 11 for electrophoresis of the sample, a mechanism which charges the sample to one end of the capillary 11, two reservers 12 and 13 which are installed in both ends of the capillary and where solutions are held, impressed electrodes 14 and 15 immersed in respective solutions of these reservers, a high voltage power source 16 which impresses a voltage between these electrodes, and a detector 17 which detects the sample separated by the capillary 11. The sample derived from a living body is charged to the capillary and is separated, and separated components are detected by the detector 17, and an electrophellogram obtained by the detector 17 is stored in a storage part 3, and this electrophellogram is collated with electrophellogram of various specimens derived from the living body which are preliminarily stored in the storage part 3, thus assisting with disaster diagnosis.
